All sales are final. Questions: support@scarlune.com, with the email you bought with.

Check your Mac first

Scarlune runs on your own Mac, so please check the requirements on scarlune.com before you buy: a Mac with Apple silicon, macOS 13 or later, and at least 16 GB of memory.

No refunds

Payments for monthly, 3-month and annual plans and for message packs are not refundable, including partial periods and unused messages.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, from the link in your receipt or by emailing support@scarlune.com. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, email us and we'll correct it.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy takes away any refund right that the law where you live gives you.
